The seller Lodha group is handing over the buyers to routs and agents to take bribe.
Need to ask you what is the process of registration.
I have already paid Stamp duty, Registration , Franking and MVAT money,
The Seller is saying we are facilitating the sale process.
But they are handing over us to the touts and agents at the registrars office.
They will ask money in cash which I do not want to pay.
This is just a bribe money indirectly asked through touts and agents.
