Refused to pay bribe to register new vehicle with chosen number
The car dealer asked me to chose a number from currently ongoing sequence and I had conveyed three choice numbers. Though the number chosen was from the lot other than RTO bid numbers, the staff in PCMC RTO office demanded Rs.3500/-. When a receipt was demanded, I was told that you cannot get it. I had refused to pay unless a receipt given. I got the number chosen, but not paid bribe.
