In frazer town limits,
My frnd got cot for not wearing helmet while riding his bike.
A young traffic cop cot him,Cop told " You will be fined 100 fir this violation"
frnd : "Sir please leave me" and tried to give cop 50 Rs.
Cop : " You are a educated guy, please dont encourage bribery" told it on my frnds face and find him 100 rs with receipt.

So please dont encourage bribe.
