TTE Bribe me for berth allocation

TTE name -Sarita Srivastava
I am travelling from new delhi to allahabad.I have already ticket in doornto express.But that train was delayed by 5 hours. But tomorrow i have urgent work. So i catch prayagraj express (12418). I take genral ticket and seat in sleeper class (Coach no. S10).And i give penalty. Few seats are available but TTE Sarita Srivastava did not give me that seat.Even those people who does not give penalty and give him bribe.TTE allocated seat for that person. I have already tweet to our railway minister.I told her what are you doing.She told me jo krna hai kr lo.Jo paisa dega usi ko seat milegi.
