Was asked to pay a bribe
While conducting a survey for Janaagraha for the CI project, I was asked to pay a bribe of Rs.1000 per day to the RWA head at Aishwarya Lake View Apartments in Kaggadasapura to conduct the survey. Wanted to report the same as it was shocking that I would be asked to pay a bribe for conducting surveys. Though this was not related to a government department, I still wanted to share the story.
