Dear Sir,
Today evening(29-04-2016) i was riding with my friend and my friend was not wearing helmet but i was wearing. i was caught by traffic police interceptor . and they demanded vehicle documents and licence. i was not carrying those documents with me. so i requested that i will produce the same to police station. and as i was carrying my company ID i produced that for identification. later police constable said that i will be given notice on the spot. what i thought was that i should carry that notice and i should produce my documents with the same to police station.But constable who was writing the notice started to speak very rudely without any least respect. so i told him to speak in some manner. that time he threatened me that he is authorized to cease my vehicle and asked another constable to cease my vehicle. i was really annoyed and told not to touch my vehicle and i parked it to side he mentioned. later he started all kind of dramas and gave me a notice were i should attend court on 10th may 2016. i do understand i am liable to pay fine for pillion rider but as per my knowledge every citizen has got a time of at least one week for producing vehicle documents please correct me if i am wrong . and even is it necessary to go to court , cant i pay in any local police station. please guide me
