Hi,
I am writing from Canada where I am from. I went to visit Mumbai in November 2017. I paid a taxi company at the airport (prepaid taxi) to be safe.
The taxi driver took my tcket receipt as he said he will need it and at the end he asked me 600 rupees while my trip was only 300 rupees. I had to pay becuse I am a foreigner, a girl and he startedto call other men to come to me. This was my first experience in India and now I am scarded to go back.
Also, i am interested in your business model and I would like to know more about how you started this and how to you finance such a great project.
What happend when we report someone? Are we protected?
