I applied for N A before 6months back in D C office for residential

I applied for N A before 6months back in D C office for residential purpose they give me a acknowledgement for the application. After that till today their is no any correspondence from them.
Last week I gave one request letter to the D C office and I request to them give the permission to fill the conversion fee bcoz my application time is more than 120 days it means deemed NA.
