I got married in 1989 and presently in Muscat, Oman. I want to call my wife on spouse joining visa. She has valid passport and has travelled abroad earlier also. For this the authorities here are insisting on marriege certificate; though I did the sworn Affidavit here attested by Indian Embassy in Muscat and also got attested by ministry in Oman but they are not accepting it.
