I have applied for a passport and visit passport office on20.07.2017. on 21.07.2017 police officer has visited my previous residence and checked all documents now he is asking for kharcha pani otherwise the passport will be delayed or may be cancelled. According to him if the documents are perfectly ok then also this kharcha pani is mandatory.
