I live in howrah, liluah! recently i have purchased a pre-owned vehicle and now i need to transfer the ownership .
previously, my scooty was registered under kolkata rto- wb/06! And the problem i am facing that i need to transfer the ownership of the vehicle and also the rto is going to change as the region change!
what is the charges?
is it necessary to present the old owner to the rto officer?
Dalals are asking 8000 rupees to change the ownership of vehicle!
what should i do?
