I received an offer letter one year ago, which I haven't used to

• Registration of Vehicle

I received an offer letter one year ago, which I haven't used to purchase a commercial car for UBER/OLA.

Now, I would like to proceed and purchase the car. Can I renew the same and use it.

If yes, Then i believe I have misplaced the offer letter, Can I go to RTO and ask them to issue me the same.
