I've got the SMS regarding the dispatch of Passport with the tracking

I've got the SMS regarding the dispatch of Passport with the tracking no. But when I enter those tracking number on Indian Post Website and search I get the message of "No Such Consignment were found". I've crossed check the Tracking number correct all letter are uppercase and 9digit number.
