My adjacent land owner goes for conversion of agricultural land into non agricultural purpose 36 guntas.iam also having same 36 guntas.we both have divided from same survey no.know he has 3 approach roads from neighbouring private layout. Now i don't have any road go to my land
.can dc intervene and settle the road issue.
