My daughter is having an immovable property at Kottayam, Thirunakkara acquired by a gift deed from her grand mother and she has paid tax at village office, Thirunakkara. Now she wants to include my name , ie mother's name in the document/dded. What are the papers to be submitted? With whom she has to apply? How much is the fees she has to pay? What are the formalities?. Kindly reply at the earliest.
