My father, died in 1946, and was registered at the St. Joseph's church, Chamarajpet. I can get the death certificate from the church, but I need a certificate from the BBMP office, how do I proceed, and will it take a long time ?, I am an NRI, and have only 0 days stay in Mysore., Thank you for your kind help.
