My son name registered as "CHITTATHUPARMABIL PRAVIR" but all other documents like school certificate, ssc certificate etc are mentioned as "PRAVIR MOHANDAS". While submit for a passport application this difference made a problem. How can I change the name in the birth certificate as "PRAVIR MOHANDAS"
