Our marriage happened according to mulim marriage act, in 2009 april 2.we didnt register it in panchayat. now we are palnning to go to abroad and trying to get passport for visa.but there is no way to get passport for me without having marriage certificate.is there any complication to register marriage and get certificate after 7 years .plse help me to know more......
