Sir, I have a small scale ayurvedic medicine manufacturing unit situated in a panchayat area.my building has 8 Mtr height from the top of water tank to the ground.(400m squre plinth area) now the panchayath secretary demand Fire NOC. is it required? pls give me a reply at the earliest..
