Honest officer - Koramangala BDA

• Certificates

I went to Koramangala BDA to get an encumbrance certificate from 1988 till 2004 and the officer didnt ask for any extra amount than the actual cost of the EC as per govt norms whereas I had to pay extra RS 300/- (actual cost is 90/-) in BTM sub registrar office to get EC from 2014 till 2018.
