Kota RTO helped me get a duplicate driving license.. without having to pay a bribe!
I applied for a duplicate driving license and the one honest individual in RTO office Kota, was the RTO himself. The other people, especially the main clerk was looking for an opportunity to make money from me, but thanks to the RTO, he didn't get a chance (as I was interacting with the RTO directly). I feel sorry for those who have to deal with these clerks.
