A woman of substance
I was told to find a contractor to deal with the formalities of transfer of meter to our names from the ********** Central Park for the flat. Both the regional and HQ suggested this inspite of me saying that if they let me know the exact procedure i would submit required documents. With a view to ********** the Official in charge i made an attempt to go to the regional office on Temple ROad. I met this lady at the customer help desk, she explained the procedure and told me that she had been working there for 25 yrs and she taught that customers could do their work themselves instead of going to contractor who collected the bribe money to accomplish the same thing. I felt nice talking to her and told her so. I wish this lady is trained and promoted.
