It is horrible experience to see that registration of BDA property that I recently purchased did not move a inch until I paid Rs 700 (Rupees Seven hundred) for EC document, Rs 10000 (Rupees Ten thousand) for registering the property in my name and Rs 4000 (Rupees Four thousand) for getting Khatha issued in my name.
This is not stopping here ... I have been asked Rs 20000 (Rupees Twenty thousand) for approving House construction plan and license for a Ground + 1 floors building on this property!!!!
Shame on us .... you can crack down terrorism ... but can you crack dowm these corrupt officials!!!
