Asked to pay bribe while entering Maharashtra border from Goa

Time- 1pm (approx)
Location- Sawantwadi check post (Maharashtra-Goa border)

We were on our way to Goa from Maharshtra and were asked to pay bribe of 100 rs at the Sawantwadi border entry check post inspite of all papers being clear. Same happened while returning from Goa as well. This bribe was asked at both the stated border check posts from every vehicle crossing the state border without citing any reason.
