Initially things were smooth, but, all of a sudden the computer system was not working for god damn reasons. After I approached the office next time, and I paid the required additional amount, I guess computer started working. When I asked about to be rounded off to 1400, I was told that 50 is for the peon. I think bribe system is very much organized! kudos to the central/state govt. employees.
