I went to Narasaraopeta RDO office for Birth certificate from clerk to officer I spend 4000 to register my and my brother's birth date. I born in 1992 my parents are not aware about Birth certificate need at that time. I am going apply passport, for this purpose I need birth certificate. I applied for me and my elder brother and they take total 4000 bribe.
