I had a pickpocket on 31st dec night which carried my driving license and smart card. I approached the officer for a duplicate license. As the govt fees are around Rs 300, i was harassed like anything and was forced to pay Rs 9000 for new D/L and Smart Card. This was at Beltala Motor Vehicles.
