Bribe - double than the Govt. Fees

• New Khata Certificate
• Paid INR 7,500

I had to pay Rs.7,500 cash to one gentleman at the BBMP office in Rajarajeshwari nagar to get the Khata Certificate for my apartment. There was nothing wrong that I facilitated but still I had to pay the bribe (which was incidentally double of actual Govt. Fees for a Khata Certificate) to get the *******
