I study my btech 1st year present and i reside at vijayawada , Andhrapradesh and i paid bribe to local employee at hyderabad in education department since i needa correction on my certificated when i asked them through phone they told me it takes 1 hour to get correction and wen i went there what i saw is that the government people are so reckless and finished my work in 1 hour when i satisfied there need by giving 1500 rupees..see its very bad d amount is not mattter but education is dat the thing which should change man but here even it is polluted and became as business
