Bribe for FIR for lost phone

Lost my cell phone and just to avoid any miss use issue thought of reporting it and getting FIR. had to go 3 police station over which area incident happen and over boundary of police station authority. Finally after wasting 4 hours and Bribe able to get FIR written by constable.
