Bribe for getting no earning member certificate

My father expired during in service in order to apply for the job through compassionate ground,I applied for no earning member certificate at hindupur , MRI inspector 1 Mr . Chandra asked me for bribe of 5000 in order to give that certificate, he made me to wait for twelve days before giving 5000 rupees, please take prompt actions for this not to happen to anyone from now
