I was coming from Spanish Court, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon with my bike to my hotel which is in Sector 43, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. I actually recently got a job in Gurgaon and therefore is living in a hotel. I transferred my bike to Gurgaon and went to Palam to receive it from the godown. When I was heading back to my hotel I was stopped by a police name whose name and designation I don't know as he was wearing the jacket so his name plate was covered. I provided each and every document to him but couldn't provide the pollution control certificate as this was the first time I was riding my bike in Gurgaon, and it was quiet genuine that how could I provide the certificate or make it there when I didn't had my bike till I got it. I said to him that I had just received my bike now only and I even tried to show him the transfer paper of movers and packers which I was carrying with me and said that I'll make it tomorrow but first lemme reach to my hotel and do some settlement but he simply refused each and everything and said that he will cut me a challan of Rs 1000 which I refused to pay than finally settled on Rs 200 since I did not had that much of money in my pocket that time. The incident happened with me at a police post which was situated below Delhi-Ajmer Expressway (which is a overbridge) when I was coming from Shahhed Ripon Katyal Marg which cut the highway from below that bridge. I wanted to post it not because he took bribe but because my reasons was so genuine for not having the certificate still he refused to spare me for just one time.
