Bribe for a Free Certificate
As I'm starting up my business , i wanted to go by all government norms and set it up . When i had to get the Small Scale Industries Certificate , I HAD TO PAY A BRIBE ! Even though the procedure was nothing but filling up a form , to get a free certificate i had to pay Rs.3000 bribe . The official asked for 5000 but i ended up paying 3000 after arguing and then i had to realize i paid for a bribe for a certificate which was valid for 2 years and not even permanent .
