Bribe to get my Voter ID!!! How far can it go?

This is heights. We had to bribe this person who handed over our Voters ID. Rs. 25/- each for an ID. Consider a family at least Rs. 100 from a family. This guy would have made more money than anyone else in the department. How many voters will be there in that constituency. That too when most of the data printed in the id was wrong. Now I'll have to bribe him again for getting it corrected.
