Bribe for getting driving license

• New Domestic Driving License
• Paid INR 600

I had to pay bribe of Rs. 600 to Motor vehicles department,for getting the driving license. It doesn't matter you are a good driver or not, for getting the license u need to pay ~600 Rs. Probably, the same thing is being followed now also. If reporting to this site can create any difference.. then it wud be helpful to a huge lot of people.
