Bribe for getting papers approved
We were filing for ou IPO and were told by our merchant bankers that although all the papers are in order the ROC wont approve them, I personally gave the amt to a peon, who took the file and got the signature of the person incharge. Who, incidentally did not even look at the file before signing it.
