Bribe given by a poor

The clerk of the tahseel want this bribe to provide me on time joining for the post of sangrah ********** as my father was expired on same and i dont have any option to join without giving 50000 he told me that 25000 for SDM and 15000 for tahseeldar and 10000 for himself now what where I can go for this I have just paide 25000 and now arranging 25 more for that .
