Bribe to lodge for my stolen mobile at my working place

I paid a bribe of 150 to lodge fir to get another SIM.When i went to concern officer he said pahle to apko affedevid banwana padega n den apni photo n den voter card i said sir
i have earlier filed but that offier did not demand. He said den give me note(rs.)i will den i gave him 100 he said 50 more.
