Bribe for Obtaining Certificates and Writing Exams

At the time of joining T.M.G. College of Arts & Science, Chennai in 2007, the principal of the college told me to submit my original mark sheets of HSC & SSC, so i did. Later at 4th semester of my B.Sc. Computer Science, my principal Ms. Padmani asked me Rs.2500 bribe as the name of some fine for writing the 4th semester examination, as i was not able to pay so I refused and she didn't allow me to write the exams. Again at the time of final semester examination she asked RS.5000 bribe as the name of some fine for writing my 6th semester exams, as I failed to do so, she didn't allow me sit in the examination, at this time my life became worst. Because she didn't allow me sit in final semester examination, I didn't pay the final semester fees. But when I went to fill up my remaining exams form, I paid final semester fees with fine amounted Rs.8000 but she didn't give the receipt of semester fees I paid and asked me Rs.5635 extra bribe for giving my Original Mark Sheets I submitted, Semester Mark Sheets and Hall Ticket for appearing in final semester examination. Till date I didn't get my Leaving Certificate and I don't have any idea how much bribe she will ask for giving that.
And Ms.Padmani is also the head teacher of Environmental Science practical examination which is only 25 marks and not the main subject of my course but till date she continuously putting absent in that practical since last 4 semester. Now 4 years completed and still my degree didn't complete. For that she asked me Rs.50000. Please admin help me out as quick as possible. I tried everything whatever I could. I don't have that much money to paid, even I asked to Madras University in RTI Act. but they also didn't help. Now my age is 25 and still don't have any degree, my life is totally waste because of this education system. Either you help me or I'll do suicide till the month end. Thanks. :(
