Applied for Trade License online and submitted all relevant papers. Mr. Majumdar, License officer called stating that he needs more papers and asked to visit KMC office. I went there and he said he will issue license and asked for Rs.800. I paid and he gave license (hand written). Next day he called again stating he mistakenly issued paper license and instead should have issued computer generated. He asked me to bring back paper license to cancel. I went next day and asked him to first give me my computer generated license and also give me back part of bribe paid, only then I will give back paper license. He reluctantly gave back Rs. 200 and also the computer generated license.
