Bribe paid to check my birth registration record for re-issue of birth certificate

Had to pay a bribe to Hospital, Birth records department, Municipal corporation officer and the agent to get my birth certificate issued. Worst part was that he made me travel twice from Mumbai to Kanpur to collect the birth certificate since the officer wanted from me a nice watch from *******
