Hello friends
I paid bribe yes its true..in Apr-May 2011, i paid bribe to register my own property . My grandmother property was transfered to my father's name. So we went to tehsil office and done all paper work . My grandmother ,me and my father all were present. There was nothing illegal , everthing was on purely legal basis. to take registry of my property from tehsil office . i paid bribe of Rs 36000. They asked that according to govt price my property costs Rs 72lakhs . So i have to pay govt fees + 1% of my total property cost then they will give registration. after BARGAINING , they came on .5% ,so we paid 36000 to them. This is genuine in tehsil office in punjab. Nobody give attentions on that.
