I am native of Trichirappalli and i have taken a loan from Bank for a house purchased at Madipakkam,Chennai. For regisration of the mortgage of the property, I had to go through a Document Writer. otherwise, the registrar of Alandur will not accept the document. I paid Rs.2500 as bribe to finish registration and return back to my native.
