For a property registration, the bribe was asked by the officials of the subregister as "standard procedure". I stayed from 230PM till evening after 6.30pm. to my surprise there was a full house staying back at office due to work load and good income.

Bribe was paid openly, inside the SR premise, 1000 rs notes that I counted twice to check 20K, before handing over to the person. if there is a CCTV, footage can be checked.
