I wanted to get a No Objection Certificate, My papers did not move for over 2 months. Reason they demanded a bribe of Rs. 5000 finally negotiated to Rs. 2000 at the AEO Officials and another bribe of Rs. 1000 is demanded by the DEO Officials. Atrocious!! These guys swallowing the hard earned money from the innocents will definitely have to pay for it in their life time by hard lessons. Cursing the worst!!!
