Bribed for Marriage Certificate at Domlur sub registrar office

• Paid INR 200

I had to pay Rs 200 as bribe to get my marriage certificate from Domlur Sub registrar Office in Bangalore. Though i resisted clerk insisted saying that it needs to be shared with seniors. shame you guys these guys should be dismissed
