Bribed Traffic cops

A group of four to five cops were policing traffic at RT Nagar junction. Around 6pm in cloudy evening, the peak hours. Though there were no signals functioning and misguiding everyone out there. As i passed the lane i was asked to stop & charged me a petty amount of Rs 100 for signal jumping. for which i did not get receipt. Cops are forgetting their job as there was a need to monitor traffic.
