I had to pay 400Rs for police verification. The system at Kanakia Police station is they would never come for verificaiton. One has to goto them , they would confirm receipt of enquiry and would ask to arrive with relevant documents.
During document submission , the person would ask for bride for the saheb inside and for them as well. They mention that if not paid, the documents wont be further processed. I had no options but to pay them
