Charged 300 rs of amount and gave a chalan of 100rs
I was with my friend near canaught place, i was having a helmet but my friend in the back wasn't. So police stopped us at the checkpost, the first thing he did was asked our documents and then harrased us that our bike will be kept with them instead of giving us a chalan. Then, I was keeping my bike with them, he immediately come up with the idea of chalan and asked for rs600, but when I refused. He said you can talk to the SHO pointing towards a PCR. But when I said I won't be able to give the amount of 600rs. He asked for the total money we had . And took 300rs and gave a chalan of Rs 100. As per the Chalan the name is Mr Jaswant Singh with rank no. HC 285/ND. He also warned us that if you ever interact with a police next time you should be always talk to them " haaat jod kr".
