Cheated from TC Motors employee in Salap Howrah WestBengal
- Commercial Tax, Sales Tax, VAT
- Road Permit
- Paid INR 60,000
TC mother Salap Howrah took bribe 30000/- for making 2 commercial luxury car permit from WestBengal Transport or Motor vahicals department in Kolkata.
They convinced me and insisted me to do this because West Bengal Government dosen't give any commercial Luxury car permit now from long back and I needed 2 commercial car for cab business with OLA cab.
They promised me to provide me those cars in the month of December 2016 but they broke all commitments and 31st Jan they took from me more 2,15,000/- as down payment but after some days I came to know they took down payment from me without any loan approval, even they didnt logdin my file, then day by day I realised that, they took money from me that in future they can pressurised me to take car at any how.
So total amount they took 2,45,000/-
After all this thing when they fail to deliver my car in time then I cancel this deal for purchase any car from them, now they said if not purchase car from them then, they will take 60,000/- from my total paid amount and rest 1,85,000/- they can refund me.
It's just a fraud case, I fall in a trap now, they are threatening me over phone that, if I am not agree to take that amount which thay wants to pay me now then, I will not get a single rupee from them, they said "we are multimillion company so you can't do anything against us"
I didn't know in this situation where and how I have to complain against it that it will works and I can get my full amount back...!
Main responsible person name is " Ujjwal Paul" the marketing manager in TC motors, Salap, Howrah. he gave me all plan and showed the wrong way to get commercial car and he made this trap where I fallen and stucked my money.
Please help me at your level best, that I can come out from this trap and also get back my money.
